At Kwest Collective, our merchandise exists to fuel our mission. Because proceeds from every sale go directly toward funding high-impact philanthropy in Guatemala, we ask that you consider your purchase a partnership in our work.
1. Our Commitment to Impact
Because Kwest Collective is a 501(c)3, we focus our resources on our mission in Guatemala. To ensure the maximum amount of every dollar reaches our projects, we do not currently offer returns for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing.
We ask that you treat your purchase as a contribution to the mission. If you have any concerns about an item you received, please reach out. We’re here to help.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or with a significant manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

Notification Window: Please contact us at info@kalebkwest.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Evidence: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Kwest Collective is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
4. Refund Processing
In the event of a verified defect, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Non-Deductibility of Merchandise
Please note that while the proceeds from your purchase fund our 501(c)3 work, the purchase of merchandise is a commercial transaction and is generally not tax-deductible. If you wish to make a fully tax-deductible contribution without receiving a product, please donate at kalebkwest.com/donate.
